We were fortunate to meet Nicola through a recommendation from a friend. Our project had complicated planning issues and in its design we wanted a home of two halves: the front design needed to be traditional but the whole, especially the rear, was to take advantage of modern materials; be as energy self-sufficient as possible; maximise interior natural light and fully capture the view. Nicola adopted the brief and we designed a house that met our requirements. She guided us knowledgeably and successfully through all the many processes required for detailed pre-application and final planning consent, additionally obtaining a number of non-material planning consent amendments. Nicola was always helpful; a pleasure to work with and the project was completed in accordance with the fee, budget and timetable we had agreed. We could not have done the project without her.
